The external enterprise environment is systematically analysed and an index system for environment valuation is set up. Using fuzzy mathmatical method, a fuzzy model for evaluating and diagnosing the synthetical enterprise environment, together with a design of computer support system, is established. One practical application example is also presented for illustration.
