During drying process, grain stress cracks will generate, that can lead to the break rate of grain and its quality decline. In this paper, the progress in research of stress cracks producing mechanism, factor of producing cracks, forecast stress cracks model of grain were summarized. The directions of the further studies in future are suggested.
