The problems of sustainable development of industrial enterprises are discussed and its exact definition is presented by using the theories of sustainable development, management and economics of environment. It is emphasized that the goal of the sustainable development could only be achieved by the co-ordination among all parts of the enterprise. Finally the evaluation target system of industrial enterprise sustainable development is instituted by using the theory of system analysis (AHP).
