Having analyzed carrying energy medium which is referred to the medium carrying thermal energy changed from chemical energy in combustion phenomena, the new concept of reacted carrying energy medium and attached carrying energy medium is put forward. The study of their influences on combustion phenomena is made. A perfect combustion method is set up after analyzing the procedures of chemical energy change, heat energy transform and discharge of combustion products.
