摘要:

研究了软硬件组合系统产品中，产品可靠性与硬件，软件可靠性的自相关性和互相关性。为满足GB／T1900－2000族标准所要求的产品质量特性之一（可靠性）提出了重要建议。

Abstract:

The reliability of auto correlation and cross correlation between hardware and software for software and hardware combined system product is studied. An important suggestion to satisfy the product quality characteristics (reliability) given in GB/T19000-2000 series standard is advanced.
