In the common teaching materials, generally only the maximum output range of transistor is analysed. In the article the amplifiers for collector output, emitter output and differential output are comprehensively discussed. It also estimates the amplifier's maximum output range, when connected with different forms of load. It is very helpful to know more completely about an amplifier, and it is valuable for engineering practice.
