板料拉深后皱曲判据及其极限预报与控制

    摘要:

    根据“多余三角形材料皱曲模型”导出了皱曲各阶临界切向压应力式和凸缘变形区中最大切向压应力式,进而给出了不皱曲判据和皱曲各阶临界模态跳跃式的变化规律,以不锈钢0Cr18Ni9板材为算例,绘出了皱曲各阶最大极限预报与控制图和皱曲极限预报与控制全图,得出了0阶模态时的皱曲极限是皱曲和后皱曲极限预报与控制的依据,皱曲和后皱曲判据既适用于恒压边力拉深,更适用于变压边力拉深。

    Abstract:

    Based on the superfluous triangle material wrinkle model, each-stage critical tangential compression stress equation of winkle and maximum tangential compression stress equation in flange deformation region were derived, the no-wrinkle criterion and the law of wrinkle variation with each-stage critical modality jump were given out. Stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 sheet was regarded as a calculation example, the prediction and control diagrams for each-stage maximum limits of wrinkle and the integrated diagrams for wrinkle limit were presented. The results show that the wrinkle limit of 0-stage model is the basis for the wrinkle and post-wrinkle limits prediction and control, the wrinkle and post-wrinkle criteria are suitable not only for the deep-drawing with constant blank holder force but also for the deep-drawing with varying blank holder force.
