Abstract:Based on the superfluous triangle material wrinkle model, each-stage critical tangential compression stress equation of winkle and maximum tangential compression stress equation in flange deformation region were derived, the no-wrinkle criterion and the law of wrinkle variation with each-stage critical modality jump were given out. Stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 sheet was regarded as a calculation example, the prediction and control diagrams for each-stage maximum limits of wrinkle and the integrated diagrams for wrinkle limit were presented. The results show that the wrinkle limit of 0-stage model is the basis for the wrinkle and post-wrinkle limits prediction and control, the wrinkle and post-wrinkle criteria are suitable not only for the deep-drawing with constant blank holder force but also for the deep-drawing with varying blank holder force.
