The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a practical method of solving decision problem with many criterions, and at present it mostly is applied to symmetrical hierarchy structure. In the paper, the improved AHP of a non-symmetrical hierarchy structure is studied, and a case is given by using the algorithm.
