In the paper an algorithm in building weighted directed graph is developed, the graph's weighted directed relationship matrix is defined, and how to implement the algorithm with the relationship matrix in computation is illuminated. Based on the algorithm, an effective way for building and drawing weighted directed graphs is put forward and thus the foundation for algorithms' visual implementation in graph theory is provided.
