Energy source is introduced into production functions, and a tri-element production functions model is set up, in which the quantity relation of energy supplying and economy is defined. Based on the model, an example related to Shanghai is given. The results show that, energy source has become an important element in the production process, and the impact of energy supplying to economy is notable.
