In the paper a function of crowd psychological characteristic (CPC) is given, the equation of sense and multiplicator (ESM) is developed, and the mechanism of how domestic economical crisis be shaped and how the international ones infect each other is exploited. At last the accuracy of CPC and ESM is expounded by a demonstration.
