The shortcoming of AHP is analyzed,and a new way to calculate the weights of experts is probed during the process of workshop of metasynthetic engineering.The eigenvalue method is presented to evaluate comprehensively the scoring schemes of experts,and the simulating example proves that this method is rational and efficient.
