Based on MIDAS technology of Inprise company,an integration of DCOM and CORBA database application servers is designed and implemented,which gives support to access to database by DCOM and CORBA users.After that,two client applications (one is of DCOM,and the other is of CORBA) are constructed to test the communication between user ends and the server.The integration gives a new resolvent to use both the abundant software resource of Windows and the conveniency of communication between different platforms of CORBA.
