    摘要:

    套片式换热器的管束排列形式一般都是叉排,顺排非常少见.由于顺排形式的套片式换热器通常比叉排的流动阻力更小,因而对一些流动阻力有限制的场合,可以考虑使用顺排形式的套片式换热器.本文即介绍了对某种结构形式的顺排套片式换热器的热力性能的试验情况.试验表明,在某些应用场合,套片式换热器排列成顺排是更合适的选择.

    Abstract:

    The tube bundle of plate finned tubes are often arranged in staggered banks,while in-line banks are rarely applied.Generally,the coefficients of heat transfer and resistance of staggered banks are higher than that of in-line banks.However,the coefficient of resistance of plate finned tubes of in-line banks is much lower than that of staggered banks,so,in some cases with restricted resistance,plate finned tubes of in-line banks could be adopted.The experimental results concerning heat transfer and resistance of the plate finned tubes of in-line banks with some special sizes are presented.
