Generalized KDV equation with nonlinear terms of higher order is taken into account. The exact periodic solutions for the equations with p = 1 /2,1,2 are obtained by means of proper transformation. It is also proved that only when p = 1/2,1,2, the generalized KDV equation has this kind of periodic solution.
