The importance of tacit knowledge and the main routes of tacit knowledge sharing in enterprise are analyzed. The definition and structure of the knowledge experts' map are studied, and on the base of this,the optimal choice model of knowledge experts, taking refer charge as objective function,is established. The objective optimal choice model of knowledge experts that minimizes the waiting probability when a person has arrived at interchange system is also established. Finally, the elementary computation and analysis of an example are given.
