Harvesting model with price changed with demand and supply of the competitive diffusive system is analyzed deliberately when diffusion and harvesting exist in the model simultaneously. Considering the biological and economic significance, under the condition that the diffusion exists in the system , the natural law followed by the harvesting is obtained, which provides theoretical basis for the management of natural resources.
