The paper tries to analyze the potential information among teachers in teaching management with a model of relation rules about datadigging.Teachers data are discretized and the support grade and credibility are calculated by mean of the improved Apriori algorithm.In the mean time some sampled examples are given to explain the potential relation between the teachinghours and the complex quality of published papers of teachers.The procedure presented can serve teaching management for decision making.
