    摘要:

    针对直径16mm、总长1000mm(包括吸附器和冷凝/蒸发器)、工质对为分子筛-水的吸附式冷管元件,在不同注水量下的循环工作特性进行了实验研究与分析.结果表明,最佳注水量时制冷剂都是在变化的饱和压力及对应的饱和温度下冷凝或蒸发,吸附式冷管几乎一直处于饱和工作过程;而制冷剂充注过多或过少时,则均有不同程度的不饱和过程的出现.

    Abstract:

    Solid adsorption cooling tube driven by waste heat is a novel subminiaturized refrigeration component. Experimental study is carried out for cycle characteristics of an adsorption cooling tube with zeolite-water as a working pair under various refrigerant charge conditions. The cooling tube is a metal tube 16 mm in diameter and 1 000 mm long containing the generator and the condenser/evaporator. The results show that refrigerant will condense or evaporate under the variational saturation pressure and its corresponding temperature almost all along, when the optimum refrigerant is charged in the cooling tube. And the cooling tube will go on with occurrence of the non-saturation process, when the overmuch or deficient refrigerant is charged in it. The research results provide a great help for knowing well the working characteristics of the cooling tube and improving its performance.
