Against the uncorrect assumption that travelers' departure time is fixed in dynamic traffic assignment,two problems are mainly studied:Inspecting disutility about departure time choice model considering the effects of road pricing.Setting up variational inequality model of dynamic departure time problem.It is shown that the variational inequality model can be equivalent to dynamic departure time problem.
