According to the factor analysis of the sample data that contain 7 indexes of 37 central cities in China, three factors including radiation factor,magnetism, and sustaining development factor are extracted, and their scores and sequence are given. Central city competitiveness is evaluated by means of analysis of the realistic and latent competitiveness.
