A method for designing sewage waterworks' SCADA system,which is based on Ethernet and fieldbus technology,is put forward to improve the automatization level and monitoring efficiency.The supervisory system is implemented by use of industrial configuration software WinCC and Delphi.A detailed description of flowing process of information in industrial control network is given out,the construction and design idea of the SCADA system is analysed,and the design and implementation technology using C and Delphi to realize interface communication is also discussed.
