The characteristics of knowledgebased corporations are analysed.An evaluation system as well as an evaluation model are set up with the method of fuzzy multilevel comprehensive evaluation aiming to assess the knowledgebased corporation.The model helps to reduce the uncertainty information that comes from information ambiguity and to advance the accuracy and credibility of corporation valuation.Practices have proved that the methodology is quite operational and effective.
