Using two different kinds of loads,the bending fatigue experiments for automobile transmission gear were conducted.Based on test data processing,in medium period of life the linear relationship between the survival rate and the logarithmic life for bending fatigue of gear teeth was obtained.The pSN curves and bending fatigue limit of gear teeth were also acquired under various survival rates.
