The fire hose's pressure loss research is divided into two parts.The one is research of on-way resistance and the other is of local resistance,including bending resistance and coupling resistance.Research is mainly carried out for the influences on the fire hose's pressure loss,such as:on-way resistance coefficient, roughness,local resistance coefficient,hose pressure,hose diameter,flow and soon.By the analysis on these influencing factors and according to a large amount of experiments results,calculation formulas are simplified,then reduced formula and correlated diagram are given out.
