The pricing decisions of recycled products based on reverse supply chain between manufacturer and takebacker were studied by using game theory. Two non-cooperative gameequilibriums and one cooperative game-equilibrium were obtained.Efficiencies of every decision and its quota of the system profit were further analyzed. With the rise of price elasticity of recycled products in the market, the quota of system profit that the manufacturer shares should be decreased, and the manufacturer must remise part of the leader status to reach the coordination with the take-backer.
