On the basis of experimental study about the R410A air cooling condenser's performance in air-conditioner system in different working conditions and taking heat capacity price ratio as an optimization goal,a steady state distributed parameter model is built for the heat exchanger to optimize the performance by altering condenser's structural parameters.By comparing the simulation results of heat exchanger,the optimization results under single variable and multivariable conditions were obtained.It is shown that the heat capacity price ratio increases with the decrease of fin thickness,fin spacing and tube diameter.
