The physical description of the collection and distribution system for the ports is presented,the nodes,links and networks are defined,and the transhipment junction is also defined and described by method of extending the nodes.Then the multi-goods multi-modes comprehensive equilibrium optimal model of the ports collection and distribution network is established,which is aimed at the system optimization and based on the generalized cost.
