A kind of multi-band UV radiometer,is designed in which AlGaN UV detector is used.With programmable and band selectable op circuit,multi-band UV radiometer can measure UV radiation of UVA,UVB,UVC or the whole UV wave band through processing output signal of the detector.The result is shownd by LCD.It is easy to operate with high sensitivity and small size.
