The competitiveness level of Chinese listed companies of colleges and universities is empirically studied.The result indicates that there wouldn't bring improvement of the competitiveness level to these companies,even if with rich intellectual resources and good research competency.Hence,it's very important to improve management and perfect corporate governance for listed companies of colleges and universities.
