A new asynchronous transport protocol based on fresh features of Web services enhance- ments provided by Microsoft.NET was developed to handle a business workflow in a transactional, asynchronous and disconnected business manner.It was proved to be quite wise to choose TCP other than some high level protocols(such as Http)in the implementation of web services.Then,a lot of web services of high quality and reliability will together create a powerful SCM system,and the superi- ority features of the business manner will be embodied in the implementation environment of SCM sys- tem.
