A new model of complex dynamical network called complex spatio-temporal switching network is established.The subsystem of each node at different time intervals corresponds to different switching modes,and switching signal depends on the instant time t and the index of node i.Based on Lyapunov stability theory,synchronization and passivity of complex spatio-temporal switching networks,including the presence of communication time delays are addressed.
