Based on the performance analysis of SDD-1 algorithm,A*-algorithm,originated from artificial intelligence theory,was put forward to improve the algorithm of SDD-1.Joining with the J2EE technique,the improved algorithm was applied in the supply systems of manufactaring enterprises and processing industries.It is proved by practice that the new algorithm will have wider applicability than SDD-1 algorithm.
