摘要:
为了解决汽车变速器轴承载荷分析复杂、校核计算过程繁琐、精确度低的问题,以某轿车的两轴变速器结构为基本形式,在Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.NET开发环境下,运用ASP.NET技术与C#语言相结合的方法,开发了基于Web技术的汽车变速器轴承校核系统.系统内存了各档位轴承受力模型,通过对所需校核模型的选择,可方便地确定轴承的当量动载荷,完成所选轴承的寿命校核,并为变速器系列产品的自主开发创造了方便快捷的条件.
