By qualitatively analyzing regularized long wave equation,its global phase portrait,and come to the condusion that the equation has kell-shaped solitang wave solution which asymptotic value is the same.Then we get its exact solitang wave solution,ie.homoclinic orbit of regularized long wave equation was obtained.
