The thesis combines rough set theory with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy clustering method, simplifies the traditional Chinese medicine indicators appropriately, judges the clinical efficacy by judging the changes of values of indictors, and builds interval judgment matrices by consulting the experts to get an objective, practical and quantitative assessment.The sample analysis indicates that the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for hepatitis and liver cirrhosis is quite satisfying.
