    摘要:

    基于声发射技术的颗粒测量方法具有非侵入、安装便利、可实时在线测量等优点.搭建了一套液固体系声发射信号测量装置,采用宽带声发射传感器和高速采集卡采集水玻璃微珠的液固体系声发射信号.运用Welch算法计算3种粒径的玻璃微珠的功率谱估计,结果表明:不同粒径下,两相体系中玻璃微珠的质量浓度均和功率谱估计面积有良好的线性关系,且就粒径和质量浓度相较而言,颗粒粒径对功率谱估计的影响更大;利用FLUENT软件模拟计算出颗粒碰撞壁面的速度,通过对基于HertzZener理论的预测频谱和实测信号功率谱估计的分析比较,采用最小二乘方法估算出玻璃微珠的粒径,其结果和实际平均粒径较为接近,表明该方法用于颗粒粒径测量的可行性和有效性.

    Abstract:

    Acoustic emission technique possesses many advantages which are due in part to its noninvasive and relatively inexpensive.A set of apparatus was built to acquire the acoustic signals arising from impact of the glass beads dispersed in liquid with the container wall.The power spectrum of the signal was found to correlate linearly with the mass concentration of the beads,while the correlation of the power spectrum with the bead size is stronger than that with the bead concentration.The impact velocity calculated with FLUENT was used to estimate the bead size by fitting the power spectrum according to the principle of least squares.The fact that the estimated results are close to the average value over the specified size range shows feasibility of sizing solid particles dispersed in liquid by analysis of the acoustic signal arising from impact of the particles with the container wall.
