    在分析旧沥青混合料(RAP)特性及其在混合料中作用的基础上,研究泡沫沥青冷再生混合料旧沥青老化程度、旧沥青含量以及铣刨料的掺量等对再生混合料性能的影响.研究得出,在同一泡沫沥青用量下,旧沥青老化越严重,其混合料的空隙率越大,劈裂强度和水稳性越差.但旧沥青老化严重的铣刨料,其60℃稳定度相对较高,说明高温性能增强.此外,在某一固定的泡沫沥青用量下,RAP掺量越多,混合料的空隙率越大,高温稳定性、水稳性越差.研究表明:RAP掺量并不是越多越好,如本文研究的泡沫沥青冷再生混合料为使抗拉性能及水稳性满足中等以上交通公路要求,RAP掺量不宜超过77%.为使60℃稳定度满足重交通公路要求,RAP掺量不宜超过70%.

    Abstract:

    Based on the analysis of RAP properties and the effect of RAP on the mixture,the influence of aging degree of asphalt,the asphalt content and percent of RAP in cold recycling mixtures with foamed asphalt on the performance of recycling mixtures was investigated.It is found that with the same content of foamed asphalt the more aged the waste asphalt,the bigger the air voids and the worse the ITS and water resistance.But the mixture containing RAP in which the waste asphalt is aged more seriously owns higher stability at 60℃,which indicates a better high temperature performance.In addition,with a fixed content of foamed asphalt,the more the content of RAP,the bigger the air voids of the mixture,and the worse the high temperature stability and water resistance.The results show that it is not good to have RAP as much as possible.In order to let the tensile properties and water resistance meet the requirements of heavy traffic,the content of RAP should not exceed 77%.In order to let the stability meet the requirement of heavy traffic,the content of RAP should not exceed 70%.
