    摘要:

    为了解决食品冷链物流在运输过程中的跟踪及溯源性问题,提出了基于物联网技术的物流解决方案,通过结合无线射频识别技术(RFID)和无线传感网络技术(WSN),构建了一个冷链物流跟踪及追溯系统.此系统利用RFID技术实现对食品的追溯;采用WSN技术实现实时监控食品的环境信息;结合全球定位系统(GPS)对运输工具进行定位,采用地理信息系统(GIS)对运输工具实时监管.通过此系统实现食品冷链物流的智能化跟踪和追溯,最大限度地保证冷藏食品新鲜程度、色泽与安全.

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of tracking and tracing during transport in the food cold chain logistics,a logistics solution based on internet of things technology was proposed.A tracking and tracing system in cold chain logistics was established,combining the technigues of radio frequency identification (RFID) and wireless sensor network (WSN).In the system,RFID technology was utilized to achieve food tracing,and WSN was used to achieve real-time monitoring of environmental information.Combining with global positioning system (GPS),the means of transport were located,and taking advantage of geographic information system (GIS),the means of transport were supervised.The system ensures maximum protection of freshness,luster and safety of refrigerated food by the intelligent tracking and tracing of food cold chain logistics.
