The method of using desiccant in cabinet to restrain frost was analysed and a large number of experiments proves its effectiveness.The anti frost ability of different desiccants,namely,silicone, montmorillonite and molecular sieve was compared.It is concluded silicone can get rid of 44% of the frost in cabinet in half a month,and the power consumption is reduced by 0.4 kW·h.
