Abstract:Aiming at the uncertainty and fuzziness,as well as the multi-level,multi-index character of the influencing factors of highway maintenance machinery configuration planning,its evaluation model was established based on the multi-level fuzzy gray coupling theory.In the model,the AHP was integrated with gray relevance analysis,the fuzzy theory was used to deal with qualitative indicators and the evaluation index weight was determined by the frequency statistical method.The model was applied to select the actual project scheme,and was validated by instances.
