    摘要:

    基于平板扫描仪的印刷线条宽度检测方法是先通过反射系数标定卡的设计和输出进行反射系数标定,再根据ISO 13660提出的线条宽度定义在MATLAB平台上编制出具体算法及系统,最后将扫描仪和印刷质量检测系统相互结合,对设计好的检测图进行线条宽度测量.经检测数据分析证实了此种方法可用于印刷线条宽度检测,同时也反映出该方法的正确性和检测过程的稳定性.

    Abstract:

    The process of a detection method of printed lines width based on flatbed scanner was proposed as follows: the reflection coefficient calibration card was designed, the reflection coefficient was calibrated,the algorithm and calculation progamm on MATLAB was prepared according to the line width definition in ISO 13660,and then measure the line width was measured in detecting figure with scanner and print quality inspection system. Through test data analysis the effectiveness and applicability of the method were confirmed.It is concluded that the method can be used for printing line width detection, and the accuracy of the method and stability of the detection process are also fine.
