Abstract:The model of recycled products was investigated with consideration of the minimum quality level in remanufacturing system.In the model,the consumer's demand was satisfied by manufacturing raw materials and remanufacturing recycled products.The quality level of recycled products was set to be of exponential distribution and then the model with the objective of minimizing the average total cost was constructed.It was assumed that in establishing the model,the functions of recycling rate,buyback cost and remanufacturing cost are related to the minimum quality level.The results show that if the quality of the recycled products is low,the buyback cost is low;though the remanufacturing cost is high,the average total cost is low;the manufacturers are willing to recycle the used products with low quality level.Through construction of a solution process of particle swarm optimization and with resorting to numerical examples with sensitive analysis,the validity of the model was proved.
