    摘要:

    通过风洞实验对整体结构相同而散热带波距不同的汽车散热器分别进行实验数据采集,获取了散热器冷却水进出口温度、水流量、冷却空气进出口温度、空气流量、散热量、风阻及水阻等相关实验数据.根据实验数据研究分析散热器的散热量、风阻与散热带波距的关系.对水口位置不同的散热器的换热情况进行了实验研究,分析比较它们的换热特性和流动特性;同时还进行了双排水管与单排水管管带式散热器性能对比实验研究.最后根据实验数据和分析结果进行优化设计.

    Abstract:

    Experiments on ribbon-tubular car radiators with the same whole structure but different wave distance were carried out in a heat transfer wind tunnel in order to obtain the cooling water temperature and water flow at water inlet and outlet of radiator,the cooling air temperature and air flow at air inlet and outlet of radiator,the dissipated,heat,the wind resistance and water resistance and other related test data.According to the experimental data,the relations between heat dissipating capacity,wind resistance and wave distance were analyzed.The water gate location under different heat transfer conditions of radiator was discussed and the effects on heat transfer characteristics and flow characteristics were analyzed and compared.Experimental studies on the performances of double drain and single pipe belt type radiator were conducted and their resulte were contrasted.Finally,on the basis of the experimental data and analysis results,the optimization design of car radiators was presented.
