    摘要:

    分析了单缸发动机进气系统的工作原理,通过台架实验研究了进气道内气体的剧烈波动现象.在此基础上,讨论了单缸发动机进气道内气体剧烈波动现象的产生原因.运用理想气体方程、速度-密度方程和质量守恒方程建立了进气管内气体运动的动力学模型,通过Matlab/Simulink软件对该系统进行数值仿真.台架实验对比分析表明,基于速度-密度法的单缸发动机进气系统仿真模型对于进气量的测量具有较高的准确性,并可以在进气压力波动剧烈的情况下较好地反映出循环进气量.

    Abstract:

    The working principle of a single-cylinder engine intake system was deeply analyzed,and the gas fluctuation phenomenon in intake system was confirmed by working bench test.On this basis,the generating mechanism of gas fluctuation phenomenon in the single-cylinder engine intake system was deeply discussed.By virtue of the ideal gas equation,the speed-density equation and the mass conservation equation an intake gas dynamics model for the single-cylinder engine was founded.The Matlab/Simulink software was used to simulate the system.The comparative results between the numerical simulation and experiments show that the model for the single-cylinder engine intake system based on the speed-density method has a good accuracy.It can well reflect the intake value of the single-cylinder engine under volatile intake pressure.
