    摘要:

    利用整车性能仿真软件GT-DRIVE建立了某车型的NEDC循环仿真模型,通过仿真计算分析了变速器挡位数对汽车经济性和排放性的影响.应用拉丁超立方抽样法对主减速比和变速器各挡位速比进行DOE试验设计,通过回归分析,找出了对汽车经济性和排放性影响较为显著的3个参数:主减速比、二挡速比和五挡速比,并分析了它们对经济性和排放性的影响规律.最后采用DOE与遗传算法相结合的策略,以这些参数作为设计变量进行优化设计,以求在保证动力性的前提下获得综合最优的经济性和排放性能.

    Abstract:

    The vehicle simulation model for a certain car was set up using the GT-DRIVE software which is often used to simulate the vehicle performance.Based on the simulation results of the new European driving cycle (NEDC),the influences of transmissions with different gear numbers on vehicle economy and emissions were analyzed.The Latin hypercube sampling method (LHS) was adopted for the design of experiment (DOE) about the final drive ratio and various gear ratios.By the regression analysis,three parameters that have significant effects on the automobile economy and emissions were determined,and the laws of their influences were studied.Finally,the strategy of combining DOE and genetic algorithm (GA) was applied to achieve optimal design.The objective of improving economy and emission performance on the premise of ensuring the dynamic performance is attained.
