    摘要:

    基于几何声学原理, 应用半柱面晶片超声换能器发射扇形束超声波, 设计了环形超声换能器阵列, 搭建了多通道同步数据采集系统, 形成了一套透射式超声层析成像测试装置.研究了二值逻辑反投影图像重建算法, 此算法和测试装置构成了透射式超声层析成像系统, 对聚四氟乙烯隔板和圆柱体进行实验.图像重建结果表明, 该系统能够定位成像物体的位置, 确定其大小和形状.将单个圆柱体二值反投影算法的重建图像与设定值比较, 成像误差小于6%.

    Abstract:

    Based on ultrasonic geometric acoustics principle, a circular ultrasonic transducer array was designed, where fan-shape beam ultrasonic transmitters were applied to emit ultrasonic pulses.Further, with a multi-channel synchronous data acquisition system, the whole transmission-mode ultrasound computerized tomography (UCT) device was developed.The basic principle of binary logical back projection reconstruction algorithm (BLBP) and its improvement were presented in detail, followed by experiments on a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTEF) plate and rod.The results show that the system can be used to identify the size, shape and location of objects.Comparing the images reconstructed by BLBP with given values, their errors are within 6% in the case of a single circular rod.
