    摘要:

    针对换热器中圆筒接管与夹套的连接结构对总体应力场的影响, 采用Ansys参数化语言APDL, 建立换热器下管箱及其夹套、保温层的结构分析模型.根据该换热器的操作工况, 施加温度、压力载荷, 对翻边夹套结构的翻边角度进行参数设计分析.对不同角度的夹套翻边结构在各载荷工况下的应力强度和疲劳寿命进行有限元分析, 并对应力强度进行校核及疲劳寿命的对比分析.在保证设备静强度及寿命均满足要求的情况下, 给出了设备的推荐夹套翻边角度.该研究对圆筒接管与夹套的设计提供了有效的参考, 具有一定的工程应用价值.

    Abstract:

    The joint of the cylinder nozzle and jacket is one of the key components of the heat exchanger, which has much effect on the stress of the equipment.APDL language was applied to establish the structural analysis model of the bottom channel with jacket and insulation.According to the operation conditions, the temperature and pressure were loaded to obtain the stress intensity and fatigue life at different angles of jacketed flanging structure.The recommended flanging angle of jacket was given after checking and comparing the stress intensity and the fatigue life of the equipment.The result provides an effect reference to the design of the joint structure and has a certain engineering application signifigance.
