    摘要:

    用手选富集与离心分离相结合的方法,从两种全硫含量相近、变质程度相近的新西兰煤和灵石煤中分离出高纯度镜质组和惰质组.在高纯Ar气氛下,分别制备了300,500,700,1 000 ℃下的显微焦.用傅里叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)研究了两种镜质组和惰质组中的脂肪氢随温度的变化规律,用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了煤岩显微组分在室温至1 000 ℃热解过程中有机硫的变迁规律.结果表明,镜质组中的有机硫化物硫含量高于惰质组的,在镜质组和惰质组热解焦中,噻吩硫都占主要部分.在相同温度下,镜质组的脱硫率高于惰质组的.在温度较低时,镜质组的脱硫率相似,但当温度高于700 ℃时,热稳定性较差的镜质组显示出更高的脱硫效果.

    Abstract:

    A vitrinite and an inertinite of high purity were separated from New Zealand and Lingshi bituminous coals with similar sulfur content and metamorphic grade.The vitrinite and inertinite were pyrolyzed in a tube furnace reactor filled with highly purified argon at 300,500,700,1 000 ℃.The effect of temperature on the functional group content and organic sulfur form transformation was examined by Fourier transform infrared spectrum and X-ray photoelectron spectrum,respectively.Several interesting trends are observed;the organic sulfide content in the vitrinite is higher than that in the inertinite;thiophenic sulfur is normally the dominant organic component in vitrinite and inertinite char;the vitrinite has higher desulfurization rate than inertinite at the same temperature;the vitrinite has similar desulfurization rate at lower temperature;when the temperature is higher than 700 ℃,the vitrinite which has lower thermal stability has more efficient desulfurization.
