    摘要:

    基于上海市标准道路循环工况,外推轮边减速系统关键部件载荷谱.根据材料低载强化特性确定减速系统磨合试验规范.基于Miner线性累积损伤理论,制定了电驱动系统耐久性试验规范,预估了减速系统耐久性里程.实施了耐久性台架试验,试验结果表明:样机满足设计的耐久性里程要求,齿轮的弯曲疲劳强度具有足够的可靠性储备,具有一定的轻量化空间.在保证可靠性、耐久性的前提下,该方法为汽车关键零部件的轻量化提供参考.

    Abstract:

    Based on the working conditions of Shanghai standard road driving cycle, the load spectrum for the key components of wheel deceleration system was extrapolated.According to the strengthening effect of low amplitude loads, the running-in test specification for the reducer system was issued.A durability test specification was developed based on the Miner rule and the deceleration system durability mileage was estimated.The bench test for durability shows that the prototype design satisfies the durability mileage requirement, and the bending fatigue strength of the gear is of sufficient reliability, which gives the possibility for further light weight design.Under the prerequisite of assuring the reliability and durability requirements, the method can be applied in the light weight design of other key automotive components.
